Responsibilities
- Analyze client challenges, assess AI solution feasibility, and rank AI use cases by business impact and technical complexity.
- Define technical scope, cost estimates, target architectures, and timelines for AI business cases.
- Develop Azure AI reference architectures for RAG, fine-tuning, AI agents, and MLOps.
- Document and redesign business processes using intelligent automation and human augmentation.
- Advise clients on security, AI observability, SDLC, technical foundations, and enterprise integration.
- Supervise proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments for Microsoft AI solutions.
- Maintain AI governance covering security, GDPR, Responsible AI, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Help create consulting service offerings and methodological frameworks.
- Mentor junior consultants and technical managers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in IT or cloud solution architecture, including at least 3 years on enterprise AI projects.
- Expertise with the Microsoft Azure AI stack, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ability to formalize complex business problems and translate them into technical architectures.
- Experience assessing AI use cases and developing technical components for business cases.
- Knowledge of process re-engineering methodologies such as BPR, BPMN, and Lean applied to AI projects.
- Proficiency in MLOps and LLMOps practices and enterprise integration architectures including API management and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act as applicable to the Luxembourg financial sector.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent French and English is mandatory; German proficiency is an asset.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer, TOGAF 9/10, and CBAP.
