Responsibilities

Analyze client challenges and assess the technical feasibility, business impact, and complexity of proposed AI use cases.
Define technical scope, cost estimates, target architectures, and project timelines for AI business cases.
Design Azure AI reference architectures covering RAG, fine-tuning, AI agents, and MLOps.
Document and redesign business processes using intelligent automation and human augmentation.
Advise clients on architecture, security, AI observability, SDLC, and technical foundation gaps.
Supervise proofs of concept, pilot programs, and production deployments for Microsoft AI solutions.
Maintain AI governance through security, GDPR compliance, Responsible AI principles, and risk management.
Support development of practice service offerings and methodological frameworks.
Mentor junior consultants and technical managers.

6+ years of experience in IT or cloud solution architecture, including 3+ years on enterprise AI projects.
Expertise with the Microsoft Azure AI stack, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, and Microsoft Fabric.
Ability to formalize complex business problems and translate them into technical architectures and business-case components.
Experience assessing AI use cases and developing their technical components.
Knowledge of business process re-engineering methodologies such as BPR, BPMN, and Lean applied to AI projects.
Proficiency in MLOps and LLMOps practices and enterprise integration architectures, including API Management and event-driven architectures.
Understanding of GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act as applicable to Luxembourg’s financial sector.
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Fluent French and English are mandatory; German proficiency is an asset.
Preferred certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600), TOGAF 9/10, and CBAP.
