Responsibilities
- Help build and evolve mission-critical labeling tools and systems for mapping.
- Collaborate with Mapping Operations, UX, and engineering teams to deliver excellent internal tools.
- Work with ML teams to integrate models into workflows for improved scalability.
- Build backend infrastructure for storing and processing map data.
- Leverage Google's ecosystem to build, deploy, and scale backend services for mapping data.
- Scale systems to support rapid expansion into new urban environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with C++ and large-scale data processing.
- Willingness to own problems end-to-end across various system components.
- A passion for good software engineering.
