Responsibilities
- Define and own the Core Ledger test strategy across functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and applicable automated regression suites.
- Verify and regression test ledger transaction flows, balance calculations, and reconciliation logic delivered by suppliers.
- Investigate and triage defects, coordinating resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report test coverage, defect trends, quality metrics, and delivery readiness.
- Participate in supplier-delivery go/no-go decisions and risk assessments for platform changes or new products.
- Promote testability in requirements and support internal teams with test results, known issues, and quality status.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, including leading test strategy and acceptance testing for complex systems.
- Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or Playwright.
- Deep knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies.
- Experience verifying and accepting deliveries from external suppliers or vendors.
- Strong ability to structure test plans and test cases against detailed requirements.
- Experience testing financial systems such as ledgers, payment flows, reconciliation, or core banking is desirable.
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as Gatling, k6, or JMeter is desirable.
- Experience in vendor delivery models or regulated financial/payments environments is desirable.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish and Swedish are a plus.
