Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build small, high-impact, demoable features quickly to validate ideas in front of prospects.
- Serve as the credible technical voice on customer and prospect calls during US hours.
- Collaborate with UK engineering teams to turn successful prototypes into supported product features.
- Capture field insights and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Create tailored environments for trials and proofs of concept to enhance win rates.
- Support federal deployments and participate in the on-call rota for FedRAMP environments.
- Work closely with US Sales, Customer Success, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of rapid feature development.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineer or sales engineer.
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check for federal compliance.
- Located in or willing to relocate to New York City, working US business hours.
- Willingness to share the US federal on-call rota with engineering teams.
