Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Meet with business users to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and build automation solutions using Microsoft’s automation and AI tools.
- Create internal tools, workflows, and intelligent assistants to reduce manual work.
- Document solutions and explain them clearly to end users.
- Test, refine, and improve solutions based on feedback.
- Support adoption of automation and AI tools across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint.
- Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement.
