Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead AI deployments for major healthcare customers from initial conversations through production.
- Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical plans with owners and timelines.
- Set architecture and make tradeoffs about what to build, reuse, or defer.
- Work directly with customers to manage scope, timelines, and quality.
- Lead through technical architecture, people leadership, or both.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to break difficult, ambiguous problems into work that other engineers can own and deliver.
- Real experience with LLMs and agent systems, or sufficient technical depth to develop that expertise quickly.
- Strong judgment in making tradeoffs and pushing back when solutions do not meet the required standard.
- Ability to lead through architecture, people, or both.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City or San Francisco.
