Base Salary

$143k - $224k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technology initiatives, including companywide initiatives with broad impact.
  • Develop engineering standards and companywide best practices for complex and large-scale technology solutions.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document software for projects and programs.
  • Review and analyze complex technology solutions against business objectives, enterprise environments, and technical challenges.
  • Make technical decisions, influence technology teams, and lead initiatives to meet deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead projects or teams and serve as a peer mentor.
  • Support analytics and tagging infrastructure migrations while maintaining tracking and reporting continuity.
  • Work additional hours as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 5 years of HTML, JavaScript development, and Cascading Style Sheets experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 or 2.1.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux.
  • At least 1 year of SDL Tridion content management systems integration experience.
  • At least 1 year of financial services or regulated-environment experience.
  • At least 1 year of development or support experience on a Wealth and Investment Management Money Transfer platform, including workflow or workflow automation knowledge.
  • At least 1 year of analytics and tagging infrastructure migration experience with products such as Tealium or Adobe Analytics.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Node JS, WebPack, and other React front-end development tools.
  • Preferred qualifications include 5 years of web design and development experience and 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include partnership and collaboration skills, application and web security knowledge, and application performance analysis and tuning experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include Windows or Mac OS-X setup and usage for React JS development.
  • Preferred qualifications include unit testing experience with JEST, enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, or React Testing Library.
