Base Salary
$155k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of computer vision features and on-device prototypes using the Snapdragon Vision API.
- Support engineering teams in building, integrating, and deploying computer vision APIs for commercial products.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, and sample materials for application developers.
- Track schedules and KPI targets while identifying and addressing delivery risks.
- Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and product teams during feature prototyping and commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 3+ years or a PhD with 2+ years.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing computer vision applications or libraries.
- Strong understanding of computer vision concepts, algorithms, and deep-learning-based vision pipelines, with experience delivering commercial CV solutions.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, including coding, debugging, rapid prototyping, and on-device feature evaluation.
- Experience designing and implementing products using vision APIs and established standards and best practices.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's or PhD, experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and TorchVision, embedded-systems and hardware-accelerator knowledge, and technical documentation experience.
