Responsibilities
- Support and execute product enhancement requests for the proprietary underwriting platform.
- Participate across requirements gathering, software design, development, testing, code review, deployment, and support.
- Gain exposure to .NET, Angular, C++, SQL queries, AI, and object-oriented programming.
- Triage and troubleshoot production support issues with end users.
- Assist with software release planning and support software development projects in an agile setting.
Requirements
- At least two years of completed college or university coursework in Computer Science, or an MIS program emphasizing programming.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages, with .NET preferred; Angular and C++ will also be considered.
- Some experience writing SQL queries is preferred, and AI skills are a plus.
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, strong customer service focus, sense of urgency, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Prior related co-op, internship, or technical experience is preferred but not required.
