Responsibilities
- Lead projects or systems and coordinate the activities of other engineers.
- Determine the technical tasks and direction that engineers will follow.
- Improve existing structures and processes and develop generalized solutions to recurring problems.
- Reconcile competing priorities involving time, quality, complexity, and risk.
- Collaborate with management to set and improve standards for engineering rigor.
- Represent PayPal in interactions with partners, customers, and industry organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
