Base Salary
$120k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Monarch's core features.
- Work on product experiences that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Manage data connectivity for users' financial information.
- Support infrastructure and developer tooling for efficient product delivery.
- Enhance security measures to protect customer data.
- Participate in the creation of new user experiences in the RevX pod.
Requirements
- Possess a product-centric mindset and pride in building user-friendly products.
- Experience or interest in the tech stack including React, Python, and AWS.
- Ability to work across the entire stack as needed.
- Collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity in work.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
