Responsibilities
- Develop Saviynt-based identity and access management solutions for client environments.
- Configure access control models, role-based access control, and user access rights management processes.
- Implement privileged access management, identity governance, and authorization workflows across systems and applications.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into system design specifications and technical documentation.
- Support Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, CyberArk, and ForgeRock identity platform activities.
- Troubleshoot access issues, identity federation scenarios, and cloud identity integrations.
- Review technical work for alignment with cybersecurity, information security, and IT governance requirements.
- Guide junior team members on configuration, issue resolution, and delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, and Management Information Systems.
- Preferred qualifications include IAM-related certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent credentials.
- Experience with Saviynt development and configuration, identity governance, client-facing IAM workstreams, issue resolution, and translating requirements into technical identity solutions is preferred.
