Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, repeatable generative AI agents as configurable customer solutions.
- Act as product owner for the application area and turn AI agents into reusable applications that solve concrete problems at scale.
- Partner with Solution and Forward Deployed Engineers during sales and implementation projects to understand customer needs.
- Develop standard templates and reusable components that reduce time to activation.
- Synthesize customer feedback into product vision and iterate on agents to address scalable use cases.
- Collaborate with the core product team to prioritize platform features and provide expert user guidance.
Requirements
- 3 –6 years of experience in data science, software engineering, consulting, or product management, including customer-facing work or product ownership.
- Strong technical or quantitative background, preferably in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, physics, data science, or economics.
- Proficiency writing clean, maintainable Python and SQL and a good understanding of REST APIs.
- Ability to break down complex problems and abstract them into scalable, reusable solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders and a product-centric mindset.
- Interest in financial domains including credit underwriting, financial risk assessment, and financial crime detection.
- Experience building AI applications within financial services is preferred but not required.
- Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems is preferred.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform—AWS, Azure, or GCP—is preferred.
- Ability to work from the NYC office at least three days per week in a hybrid model.
