Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Apply AI capabilities to automate processes, integrate intelligent insights, and address complex business challenges.
- Support application development and implementation of application-support best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Work independently, contribute to technical discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and document technical processes clearly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to align AI solutions with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
