Responsibilities
- Design and implement GenAI assistants for coding, documentation, and software development workflows.
- Build and maintain AI pipelines integrating language models, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval components.
- Prototype and evaluate AI agents working with codebases, documentation, requirements, tickets, and other engineering artifacts.
- Support LLM integration into IDE plugins, chatbots, and internal developer portals.
- Assist with data preparation and curation for model training and fine-tuning.
- Contribute to testing, benchmarking, and documentation of AI features.
- Stay current with GenAI frameworks and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with UX designers and domain experts to ensure usability and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Python and a basic understanding of LLMs, including OpenAI and Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with APIs, Git, and collaborative development tools.
- Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, creative, goal-oriented, product-focused, and customer-centric skills.
- Interest in distributed teams using agile development methods.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
