Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build foundational platform architecture including prompt orchestration, testing frameworks, observability dashboards, and telephony integrations
- Design scalable backend systems and DevOps workflows for reliable performance across millions of calls
- Lead complex projects from architecture through production, including delivery and monitoring
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive APIs and interfaces for customer onboarding
- Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and turn feedback into product improvements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of backend development experience
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a CS, CE, or EE degree or equivalent
- Experience building scalable, high-performance backend systems involving concurrency, data, storage, or distributed components
- Ability to take ownership of fast, reliable, and correct core systems
- Clear communication and effective cross-team collaboration
- Startup experience or experience working in a high-velocity environment is preferred
- Experience with infrastructure, databases, or large-scale backend systems is a bonus
