Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, and support o9 Digital Brain SaaS environments across major cloud platforms.
Provision, upgrade, resize, migrate, patch, and remediate vulnerabilities in infrastructure environments.
Build software and systems for managing platform infrastructure and applications.
Monitor availability, system health, performance, reliability, quality, cost, and deployment or upgrade times.
Provide rotational on-call support and collaborate with globally distributed teams across time zones.
Troubleshoot operating system and infrastructure issues and support continuous integration and deployment tooling.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, engineering management, or a related listed field.
Cloud administration certification in at least one cloud platform and Kubernetes administration certification.
7–10 years of DevOps experience deploying and maintaining applications, performance tuning, conducting upgrades and patches, and supporting CI/CD tooling.
At least 6 years of experience deploying and maintaining applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker or similar technologies and Kubernetes or similar technologies.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
Knowledge of Bash, shell, PowerShell, Python, or another scripting language.
Experience administering MS SQL, Mongo, or SSIS databases.
Strong operating system knowledge, particularly Linux, and troubleshooting skills.

Remote work is available after an initial three-month hybrid training period from the Bangalore office.
Rotating night shifts run from 6 PM–2 AM or 2 AM–11 AM, with schedules from Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.
The role includes weekend upgrade coverage, particularly on Saturdays.
