Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Design, build, configure, and troubleshoot specialized software applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for application-related activities.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support integrated software delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and application engineering best practices.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
