Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather and document requirements.
- Develop application components and custom connectors for ERP, business application, and third-party integrations.
- Consume REST APIs and web services and work with JSON and XML data formats.
- Design and deploy generative-AI solutions, configure AI assistants and copilots, and refine prompts.
- Contribute to LLM, RAG, AI-agent, and intelligent-automation projects, including testing and validation of AI outputs.
- Present technical solutions, support customers throughout delivery, resolve incidents, manage enhancement requests, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, integration architectures, and data exchange principles.
- Familiarity with OAuth2 and JWT is a plus.
- Strong interest in generative AI, understanding of LLMs, and knowledge of prompt-engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, RAG architectures, AI agents, or intelligent automation is advantageous.
- Understanding of ERP environments and business processes; knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or CRM modules is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer orientation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
