Responsibilities
- Evaluate the security of software-based implementations in mobile and connected devices.
- Analyze Android, embedded Linux, and iOS platforms and their security principles.
- Perform code reviews and practical penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
- Instrument code binaries, apply reverse-engineering techniques, and investigate how security protections can be circumvented.
- Participate in R&D projects by developing and replicating attacks and improving evaluation efficiency.
- Write detailed security evaluation reports in English.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary international teams while also working independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or proven work experience as a software security engineer.
- Knowledge of mobile platform environments including Android, embedded Linux, and iOS.
- Knowledge of Java, C, C++, and assembly programming languages.
- Familiarity with ARM and x86 controller architectures.
- Familiarity with static and dynamic software reverse-engineering analysis tools.
- Knowledge of authentication, cryptography, security vulnerabilities, and countermeasures is highly desired.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Passion for software security, security research, and continuous learning.
