Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver large-scale and real-time systems.
- Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams.
- Review and provide feedback on technical designs and code changes.
- Identify areas of technical debt and propose solutions.
- Take operational ownership of the system using monitoring tools.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience in software development with modern programming languages.
- Track record of leading the design and delivery of large projects.
- Strong software design and architecture skills for high-traffic systems.
- Experience building distributed systems or public-facing APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and non-engineers.
- Fluency with modern AI development tools for efficient coding.
