Responsibilities
- Build backend software for a new banking platform serving customers and processing millions of transactions.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and implement clean, modern, testable code.
- Design solutions that support modern banking services and connect with major financial institutions.
- Collaborate with a motivated, international team while learning from experienced fintech professionals.
Requirements
- Be at entry level with a university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable qualifications.
- Understand core programming concepts, including data structures and algorithms.
- Have knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin.
- Demonstrate an interest in well-architected, testable, and clean code.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be familiar with or strongly interested in Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform, and Python.
- Experience with microservices and event-based asynchronous architecture is a plus.
- Financial-services experience is beneficial but not required.
