Responsibilities
- Design and engineer machine learning features on Databricks for AI models and business challenges.
- Implement reusable features with metadata covering descriptions, keys, lineage, ownership, tags, and data lifecycle.
- Manage deployment pipeline validation, job monitoring, and cloud resource efficiency within Databricks.
- Maintain consistency between training and production environments and a single source of truth for machine learning models.
- Apply data governance, lineage, data quality, and scalable data architecture practices.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in feature engineering, data engineering, and deploying AI models with Databricks and Unity Catalog.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong experience with data governance, data lineage, data quality frameworks, metadata standards, naming conventions, and scalable data architecture.
- Feature Store certification, financial data experience, and experience with AI agents or agentic infrastructure are preferred.
