Responsibilities
- Operate the Search products and build self-healing automated incident response mechanisms.
- Develop components that enhance reliability and performance.
- Monitor and compute the SLO and error budget for the product.
- Automate tasks to reduce toil and technical debt.
- Manage incidents and customer requests.
Requirements
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Golang, Ruby).
- Experience working with APIs.
- Focus on designing reliable, operable, and highly available applications.
- Familiarity with public cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure and their Kubernetes services.
- Good understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
