Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and operate scalable full-stack applications using Python backends and TypeScript frontend frameworks.
- Develop AI and agent workflows involving tool orchestration, context handling, and system integration.
- Build and integrate APIs with enterprise systems and external services.
- Lead CI/CD implementation, release pipelines, observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
- Apply testing, secure coding, SRE, and DevSecOps practices to improve reliability, incident response, and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and integration issues across distributed systems.
- Develop and apply generative AI technologies to software and platform engineering tasks.
- Guide platform and software engineers in adopting AI tools effectively.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and reusable components.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of full-stack development experience.
- Expert-level software engineering skills and proven ability to architect and deliver complex systems at scale.
- Strong expertise in Python and React.js.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance, and secure APIs.
- Extensive experience developing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, DevSecOps, and SRE practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience or advanced knowledge of generative AI technologies, AI agents, and AI-assisted software engineering.
