Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of infrastructure and reliability engineering.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Architect and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Define and enforce configuration management and system monitoring practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using OpenTofu and Terraform.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote reliability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Linux, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Strong hands-on skills in OpenTofu and Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with a visionary, hands-on leadership approach.
- Strong mentoring and team development capabilities, strategic mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js, backend technologies such as Python, Java, and Spring Boot, and AI/ML integration is a plus.
