Responsibilities
- Apply classroom-learned engineering skills to defense and national security projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions for high-stakes customer missions.
- Develop software primarily using Java and JavaScript.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Demonstrate an understanding of engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript; C++ is a plus.
- Be comfortable developing in a Linux environment.
- Be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.
