Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test new components for an automated voice assistant.
- Work with Java, Node.js, and Python, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
- Ensure the assistant’s performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and compliance with company quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and improve team practices.
- Contribute to solution documentation.
Requirements
- Hold an engineering degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- Have at least four years of software development experience.
- Have worked on chatbot, callbot, or similar project implementation initiatives.
- Demonstrate technical skills with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Node.js, Git, GitLab or GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and Python.
- Be familiar with Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
