Responsibilities
- Maintain the release calendar for in-scope products across APAC and EMEA.
- Run release readiness reviews and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
- Execute deployments to staging and production environments.
- Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual steps.
- Drive change management in line with ITIL practices.
- Coordinate hotfix and emergency change processes.
- Support healthy lower environments by managing availability and configuration.
- Track and report release metrics such as deployment frequency and change failure rate.
- Act as the regional release point of contact for stakeholders.
- Document release processes and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or release management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and version control workflows.
- Working knowledge of major cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments.
- Exposure to change management frameworks and audit-controlled environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.
- Based in and authorized to work in an APAC or EMEA country.
