Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve the CyberArk Privilege Cloud environment, including CPM, Password Vault, and PSM.
- Build and maintain CyberArk integrations with third-party applications for remote access through RDP and SSH and for credential rotation.
- Administer identity and access accounts, groups, and services in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure/Entra, and Cisco Duo.
- Configure and manage SailPoint for mover, joiner, and leaver scenarios and identity governance across applications and associates.
- Implement IAM policies and procedures aligned with corporate guidelines, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain IAM configuration and procedure documentation.
- Train and support IT staff and business units on IAM and PAM best practices.
- Monitor security trends and product updates and implement process and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure/Entra, Active Directory, or similar IAM/PAM tools.
- In-depth knowledge of CyberArk solutions and components and Active Directory.
- Experience with privileged access management, identity management, identity governance, and security controls.
- Experience with Single Sign-On and related protocols.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and API-based authentication.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant industry certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
