Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into functional Zendesk solutions.
- Design and document configurations, workflows, processes, functional specifications, and system requirements.
- Lead or contribute to implementation activities including configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Provide client training, documentation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
- Participate in pre-sales demonstrations, presentations, workshops, interviews, and proposal development.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
- Build client relationships, address concerns, and support satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle high-stakes escalations under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
