Responsibilities
- Advise and lead cybersecurity strategy and development across multiple products, applications, technologies, and business functions.
- Serve as the lead cybersecurity architect for Securities Services technology stakeholders and help teams manage cyber risk and deliver software securely.
- Lead a globally distributed team of four across London, India, and Singapore.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for cybersecurity architecture analysis and solution delivery with human validation and sensitive-data controls.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and technology issues for leadership and guide target-state architecture decisions.
- Develop reusable cybersecurity frameworks, architectures, and proof-of-concept models that improve delivery velocity and quality.
- Establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted cybersecurity architecture and governance workflows, including traceability, auditability, security, and resiliency alignment.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in cybersecurity architecture concepts and advanced applied experience.
- Practical experience delivering reusable cybersecurity architecture across businesses, functions, and systems.
- Experience leading safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in cybersecurity architecture workflows, including validation and data-sensitivity practices.
- Ability to assess and validate AI-assisted security recommendations and architecture patterns, escalate uncertainty, and align outcomes with security, resiliency, and auditability expectations.
- Demonstrated experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern cybersecurity architecture.
- Experience solving new and complex cybersecurity problems across multiple disciplines using expertise and emerging methods.
- Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies and recommend solutions for future-state cybersecurity architecture.
- Experience leading a product as a product owner or product manager.
