Responsibilities

Build and ship production features across frontend and backend systems.
Develop operator dashboard components using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Design and implement API endpoints and backend logic using Bun, Elysia, and PostgreSQL.
Integrate external enterprise APIs and internal AI services.
Develop SLA tracking, escalation logic, approval workflows, analytics views, and human-in-the-loop operator systems.
Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in real-time AI systems while improving reliability, observability, and performance.
Support live production operations during the enterprise pilot.
Collaborate on architecture, participate in code reviews, and document systems and features.

At least 2 years of professional software development experience or equivalent experience on high-impact projects.
Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and relational databases.
Daily experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
Ability to own features end-to-end from requirements through deployment.
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases is a plus.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or component libraries is a plus.
Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, real-time systems, enterprise integrations, or production environments is a plus.
Open-source contributions or shareable side projects are a plus.
