Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and document React-based front-end features for XLerate web experiences.
- Implement UI flows supporting automations, communications, and Connect product workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, and testers to release new features.
- Maintain code quality, participate in code reviews, and grow ownership of front-end product areas.
- Use data-driven decision-making, retrospectives, and continuous improvement practices.
- Work with a cross-functional, customer-focused team to create user experiences for fitness entrepreneurs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- At least 2 years of front-end experience using React on web applications.
- Understanding of React fundamentals and component-driven UI.
- Knowledge of modern quality and testing principles.
- Comfort learning new technologies and systems.
- Basic knowledge of code versioning tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include strong TypeScript experience, design systems or component library experience, React Native understanding, Angular experience, continuous deployment tooling, MongoDB, AWS or similar cloud platforms, and interest in CRM or data-intensive product domains.
