Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Lexware’s digital banking platform and Geschäftskonto in an interdisciplinary team.
- Build modern full-stack web applications and ensure reliable communication between microservices.
- Own features end to end from initial idea through cloud production operation.
- Design for scalability, stability, and reliable processing of growing volumes of financial data.
- Contribute to architecture and technology decisions, experiments, and continuous improvement of team practices.
- Help integrate AI agents and automated workflows into product structures and ways of working.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building modern web applications.
- Strong backend experience with Spring Boot and Java.
- Ideally, frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Confident use of AWS services and experience with microservice architectures.
- Commitment to clean, high-quality software development and iterative collaboration.
- Very good German language skills at C2 level.
