Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test AI and Generative AI solutions for specific business needs.
- Build LLM, RAG, and agent-based applications, including integrations with vector databases.
- Integrate AI models with data, APIs, and existing technology landscapes using cloud-native architectures.
- Contribute to AI architecture, quality assurance, evaluation, observability, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
- Develop production-grade software using modern engineering and agile delivery practices.
- Design and build robust data pipelines and data engineering architectures for AI and LLM applications.
- Advise clients on technically maturing and scaling AI tools and help translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Share knowledge and communicate complex technical topics clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Production experience in AI, data science, or software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# focused on production-grade software.
- Experience with modern software delivery practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
- Experience building end-to-end AI prototypes using vector databases such as Vertex AI, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
- Experience developing AI and agent-based solutions in Python with frameworks such as LangChain.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Relevant degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
- Front-end prototyping with React or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with AI solution evaluation and observability, such as RAGAS, is advantageous.
