Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM, Event Management, Service Mapping, AIOps, Now Assist, and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Translate architectural designs and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, integrations, portal experiences, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Lead development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, platform governance, and deployment controls.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and drive solution quality.
  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external platforms.
  • Implement AI-powered use cases using Now Assist, predictive intelligence, virtual agents, and Agentic AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders.
  • Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, technical documentation, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute reusable components, accelerators, development standards, and automation frameworks.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience and experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • ServiceNow certification in System Administration, Certified Application Developer, or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, CSM, or IRM.
  • Certified Technical Architect certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture, cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, platform architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business outcomes into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, Customer Service Management, and Telecommunications Service Management is desirable.
  • Experience with AIOps, Now Assist, Agentic AI, and business process transformation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology.
  • Understanding of and experience selling to enterprise IT architecture.
  • Strong technical expertise in designing and delivering scoped applications.
  • SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
