Responsibilities
- Build and productize reusable AI capabilities integrated with SDLC tools and workflows.
- Implement SDLC AI agents and agentic patterns for developer setup, testing, maintenance, and automation.
- Develop AI-assisted security remediation patterns and AI-enabled pipeline guardrails.
- Build SDLC4AI components embedding AI lifecycle governance, compliance, and operational controls.
- Create secure, scalable APIs, pipelines, templates, libraries, and policy packs for the Internal Developer Platform.
- Implement secure LLM and agent integration patterns with identity-aware execution, auditability, and restricted environments where needed.
- Engineer telemetry, monitoring, incident-handling hooks, runbooks, and safe rollout strategies for AI-enabled components.
- Partner with the AI Center of Enablement and support adoption through demos, guidance, blueprints, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade services and automation, preferably in platform or tooling contexts.
- Objective, verifiable evidence of recent hands-on work, such as GitHub repositories or demonstrable project artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C#, plus API design and integration patterns including REST or events.
- Practical enterprise experience implementing AI/LLM solutions, including orchestration, agentic workflows, prompt/tool integration, retrieval patterns, testing, observability, and rollout.
- Experience integrating Git workflows, CI/CD, quality gates, artifact management, issue/work tracking, and observability systems.
- Ability to translate security, governance, and compliance requirements into technical controls across pipelines and services.
- Experience creating reusable building blocks and driving adoption through documentation, enablement, and pragmatic standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across platform and AI use-case delivery teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferred experience includes developer-productivity agents, platform engineering and Internal Developer Platform concepts, Responsible AI governance, evidence automation, and relevant cloud or security certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Security Engineer, CCSK, CKA/CKS, or Terraform Associate.
