Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of features within the Aerial ecosystem.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews for peers.
- Contribute to technical designs and proposals for Aerial services.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed services.
- Work with senior engineering team in major development projects.
- Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with SRE.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to develop connectors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Java (Spring/Dropwizard) and/or Golang.
- Deep understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous processing.
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT tokens.
- Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Fargate, EC2, Lambda) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Strong proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation tools.
