Base Salary
$77k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training for dealership departments.
- Provide instruction on configuring SaaS workflows and system integrations.
- Guide and mentor additional implementation specialists on projects.
- Obtain milestone signoffs from dealership stakeholders and document approvals.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks using tools like Jira or Salesforce.
- Manage onboarding and training activities with digital runbooks.
- Complete an intensive SaaS product certification and training program.
- Navigate customer organizational change and educate clients on Tekion's benefits.
- Build strong relationships with dealership personnel.
- Collect user training feedback for product improvement.
- Represent Tekion professionally in all interactions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Understanding of onboarding and adoption metrics in a SaaS model.
- Experience managing customer change in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical jargon for adult learners.
- 3+ years in a Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 90%.
