Base Salary
$107k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-complexity software features from technical design through completion and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Design, develop, debug, test, troubleshoot, document, and support enterprise software solutions.
- Build Power Platform and Azure solutions, including workflows, integrations, custom development, and application architectures.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and modern integration patterns.
- Translate user needs and solution architecture into specifications and deliverables aligned with business and architecture standards.
- Improve software development lifecycle practices, application lifecycle management, automation, security, and engineering standards.
- Conduct research, prototyping, feature demonstrations, and designs that support automated testability.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to software engineering strategy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Microsoft integration technologies, and modern application integration patterns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, PCF controls, custom APIs, and Dataverse plug-ins.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management, source control, deployment automation, DevSecOps, secure application development, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience troubleshooting application, integration, performance, scalability, and operational issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and/or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certifications are highly desirable.
