Responsibilities
- Conduct security diligence for critical and high-risk third-party vendors, evaluating controls, identifying risks, and recommending remediation.
- Develop tools and automation and propose process improvements for the Third Party Security Diligence program.
- Technically integrate 3PSD tools with the wider OneTPRM ecosystem and support risk-trend data analysis.
- Collaborate with vendor managers and Product teams by providing security guidance on third-party engagements.
- Develop technical expertise and reusable security patterns in cloud security, application security, IAM, and related areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
- At least 2 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
- At least 2 years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages, including Python, SQL, C, C++, Java, or Go.
- Preferred experience in threat modeling, security assessments, authentication and access controls, SaaS security, cloud security, and data protection.
- Preferred experience with security engineering, security architecture, or consulting.
- Ability to independently produce high-quality engineering artifacts such as design documents, code reviews, or risk assessments.
- Ability to deliver risk-reduction outcomes with high autonomy and limited oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
