Base Salary
$145k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs/issues in collaboration with the support team.
- Develop full stack software and database enhancements to introduce new product functionality.
- Maintain standards for security, code integrity, and system documentation as per company protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Senior Engineers, and Product Managers to size and deliver software projects efficiently.
- Actively participate in continuous process improvement to enhance product quality and address common customer complaints.
- Engage consistently in team rituals and product development processes to ensure alignment and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in on-call support activities.
Requirements
- 4 years + proven experience in Web Application Development.
- 4 years + proficiency in Microsoft .NET and C#.
- 4 years + skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services, ideally the Azure Platform.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks including React.
- Experience writing and maintaining front and backend unit tests.
- Demonstrated capability in building security-centric software with a strong understanding of security practices including OWASP.
- Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for delivery of features and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective time management abilities.
