Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Implement full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows.
- Build AI-powered product features and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product leadership, design, and customers to gather feedback and shape product direction.
- Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
- Participate in Support Engineer rotations assisting customers and the customer support team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across frontend and backend development.
- Proven experience delivering full-stack features from concept through production deployment.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience working with product leadership, design, and customers to iterate on product direction.
- Background in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Clear, professional communication skills across engineering, product, and customer-facing contexts.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of 66,000 to 120,000 EUR.
