Responsibilities
- Translate deployment requirements into implementation plans for AI-native solutions, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Deploy and configure pre-built agentic AI solutions in client environments while maintaining performance and solution integrity.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms, collaboration tools, and business applications.
- Deploy solutions in AWS and GCP environments and configure authentication, access controls, monitoring, and operational support.
- Lead deployment planning, testing, troubleshooting, stabilization, and go-live execution.
- Conduct deployment validation, smoke testing, performance assessments, and operational readiness reviews.
- Identify deployment risks, resolve implementation issues, and optimize application performance.
- Create deployment accelerators, templates, best practices, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and conduct deployment workshops, technical assessments, and implementation planning sessions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, solution deployment, systems integration, or platform implementation.
- Experience deploying applications and services in AWS and/or GCP environments.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and cloud-native services.
- Experience leading deployment planning, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
- Ability to translate architecture designs into production-ready implementations.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment issues and optimizing application performance.
- Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience, or an associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of cloud deployment architectures, DevOps practices, system integrations, networking, security, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational support.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, microservices, enterprise application connectivity, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to lead complex deployment efforts across multiple teams and environments, with strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Preferred experience with AI-native, agentic AI, automation, intelligent workflow, generative AI, Agile, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or platform engineering practices.
