Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation frameworks for Azure AI services, model integrations, data pipelines, and applications across hybrid environments.
- Develop generative AI testing strategies covering prompt reliability, response relevance, hallucination detection, and performance.
- Create reusable Playwright test plans and suites covering web interfaces, browsers, accessibility, and realistic user loads.
- Validate database and SQL components through complex queries, data integrity checks, and performance testing.
- Establish quality standards and gates for AI accuracy, latency, security, and user outcomes in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Analyze test and production telemetry, identify defects, and conduct regression, exploratory, and risk-based testing.
- Validate telematics data ingestion, event triggers, and downstream analytics where applicable.
- Integrate Cognizant generative AI tools into automation pipelines for test-data generation, edge-case discovery, and script maintenance.
- Document reproducible defects and impact assessments, apply test-data anonymization, and share reusable test assets while mentoring peers.
Requirements
- SDET expertise is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Playwright automation, GitHub Copilot, and REST Assured API automation is required.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices is required.
