Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementation projects by configuring, customizing, and validating Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations.
- Analyze and resolve advanced technical issues through root-cause analysis, system behavior evaluation, and implementation adaptation.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned engagements and coordinate technical deliverables, risks, and objectives with project managers, engineers, vendors, and customers.
- Design and execute validation and testing activities, troubleshoot integrations, and confirm platform functionality before production deployment.
- Create implementation documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting procedures, technical runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, escalated issue resolution, client adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor less experienced implementation engineers and translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience leading software implementations, technical consulting engagements, systems integrations, or complex client onboarding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced experience configuring and implementing SaaS platforms or digital banking solutions.
- Proficiency with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases including MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills across integrations, configurations, and platform functionality.
- Ability to independently manage complex technical implementation projects and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, technical documentation, implementation procedures, and operational best practices.
- Preferred qualifications include fintech or digital banking implementation experience, scripting or automation knowledge, third-party vendor coordination, software development lifecycle familiarity, mentoring experience, and process improvement experience.
