Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and test software modules and products.
- Package software solutions, hotfixes, and configuration changes according to internal standards and deployment procedures.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing in laboratory and pre-production environments.
- Prepare release packages, deployment instructions, and rollback procedures.
- Coordinate software releases and communicate updates, risks, and deployment plans during Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Provide integration support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility between software components and customer environments.
- Maintain technical and release documentation and support software lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with customer technical teams to package, validate, and deploy software solutions.
- Suggest and implement process improvements within projects.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development, software packaging, and software testing.
- Experience with Windows environments and software deployment.
- Experience with PowerShell, C++, and Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
- Customer-focused approach and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- French is highly desirable but not mandatory.
