Responsibilities
- Own and modernize SCAYLE.com and SCAYLESTUDIOS.ai web experiences.
- Lead the migration from WordPress to a modern headless or React/Next.js stack.
- Build high-converting navigation, landing pages, onboarding flows, and activation-focused modules.
- Manage technical SEO, GEO, Core Web Vitals, CDN usage, and media/video optimization.
- Implement event tracking, A/B testing, and conversion metrics with the Demand team.
- Build sign-up flows, payment integrations, and secure publishing workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Demand teams to deliver growth initiatives.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS or marketing.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails with Hotwire.
- Experience with WordPress and migrating to a headless or React/Next.js setup.
- Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, media/video optimization, CDNs, technical SEO, and GEO strategies.
- Experience building high-converting landing pages, sign-up flows, and payment integrations such as Stripe.
- Experience with A/B testing, event tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Fluent English communication; German is a plus.
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or creative technology is a plus.
