Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid discovery of technology opportunities with business and transformation teams.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technically actionable solution concepts.
- Embed with business and transformation teams to validate assumptions and solve real-world problems through engineering.
- Act as technical lead and hands-on engineer for complex, novel, or first-of-a-kind initiatives.
- Design and build prototypes, proofs of concept, production-ready components, code, prompts, integrations, workflows, and application logic.
- Identify reusable patterns and components from field engagements and feed learnings into engineering practices.
- Partner with domain, platform, architecture, and responsible technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable, compliant, and governed.
- Contribute to enterprise standards, best practices, engineering methodologies, and the technology platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or data analytics.
- Experience building and deploying advanced technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Track record of solving technically challenging problems involving integrations, architecture, or data.
- Experience moving solutions from proof of concept to production-grade implementation.
- Strong software engineering skills and the ability to independently build applications, integrations, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into practical working solutions.
